Tell me about Tusker House dinner

We tried this in early August and absolutely loved it. There are tons of choices including several types of couscous, fresh fruits, main dishes, and creative sides, but if you're really into "traditional" and basic American food, there are a lot of choices for that too. The desserts are really good as well. Our server was outstanding, probably one of the best servers of our trip. I would highly recommend it.

We ate there in Feb. and loved it and so did our 1 1/2 year old. we were so full by the time we left! We would definatly do it again. I thinks its way better then Boma.

does anyone know if they stay open later than park closing time for dinner?

Agree with PP...we preferred Tusker House to Boma. Tusker has some semi-exotic choices, but also many good ole American dishes. If you have kids or picky eaters, I'd go Tusker House every time because there's many more 'plain' choices. Desserts are good at both places.

We ate at Boma last year and loved it. This year's trip is just going to be me and DH. We couldn't get anything earlier than 9:40pm for dinner at Boma so we've decided to give Tusker House a try, but for lunch. I sure hope it's good!

I had the lunch first and returned next trip for the dinner..I think they were basically the same..It is delicious and I think better then Boma..By adding good restaurants to each park it makes it possible for people to buy non hopper tickets and visit one park a day at a more leisurely pace..
