Tell me about the "path" between OKW & DTD.

Can you tell me about the "path" between Old Key West Resort and the DownTown Disney area? I will be using a scooter and I would like to walk these areas for the first time.

Does it consist of sidewalk or gravel path?

Does the same pathway take you to Sarasota Springs Resort, too?

I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

It is a paved path, but I can't really tell you where to get it at OKW. (I have only done it once)

The time I did it I went from Saratoga to OKW and back, but there is an easy path from SSR to DTD too. It's pretty neat since you get to see the Treehouses which still have lots of hurricane damage.

Man Ray, it looks like you're going to be doing some heavy duty sight-seeing on this trip. Don't get lost out there okay?? Dh George still tells everyone about trying to 'steal' your scooter...I have to convince them that he didn't really steal it, he just borrowed it to sit on for the parade, being the lazy poop that he is.

I am. I am going to go to all those places that I was not able to go before. This will be the first time that I have rented a scooter from an outside vendor to use for the whole trip.

And I was happy to let him sit down. I needed to stretch anyway, and I always try to let someone sit down in my ECC at the parks.

I think there is only one person that sorta...j/k...stole my ECV. It was JayPD one night at Epcot at a huge DIS meet. He said he was going to write me a traffic ticket if I didn't let him take it for a ride. My ECV battery ran out just after Illuminations...lol. I think it was at DIS CON-I at Drink Around The World. I think JayPD needed a ticket....lol...j/k. We all had a wonderful time.

And I can't wait to go.
