Tell me about the dream team...I know nothing :(

Our first trip will be in Aug, we just got everything together to call and reserve this weekend. What are the dream teams? What do they do? Why? Sorry, I'm a newbie at all of this stuff.

have you seen the commercials about the Year of a Million dreams? Disney is suprising guests in the parks with different prizes. It could be free ice cream, Special Ears, lanyards, etc all the way up to a night n the castle or 50 years of DVC. They are sent out with specific instructions to be at a certain location (ie. go to rock and roller coaster at 12:17 pm and give the first 50 people coming off the ride Dream fast passes)
