Playhouse Disney would be a great show for the ages of your kids. It's in a fairly small room, you sit on the floor and kids can get up and dance. My daughter loved it when she was 4 and I know she'll love it again when we go in a couple weeks.
Bugs Life and The Muppet Show are great too. My daughter was a little scared by the 3-D, but I think this time she'll be okay with it.
