Tell me about the 2000 loop

We stayed in Cottontail Curl last trip, and we LOVED it. We really, really want it this time around. Rather than to continue to stress out about it, I would rather just get myself in mindset to accept wherever we are placed. (And since we are there for 12 nights, to know that we could always ask to move.)

What are the perks of the 2000 loop? Are there any sites that are particularly lovely? (We love the outer sites in the 1500 loop, 1513 in particular.)

The 2000 loop is fine.

The outside sites at the mid-way point around the loop are my favorite. These have a lot of space behind them.

Do not stress over this.

You will have a magic filled visit whether you are in 1500 or 2000.

Thank you. Just what I needed to hear. Once again, I have tried my husband's patience with my Disney Worry of the Day and I went past my daily quota for freaking out. He refused to provide worry consolation, so I knew I had to come to the DIS.

We stayed in the 2000 loop over Halloween weekend. We were originally given the site number of 1501 which was not ready yet. I was really concerned about the noise being that this site is right next to the road, bus stop and I think comfort station and we were tenting. I am a really light sleeper. I asked politely if there were any other sites comming available, knowing that they were completely booked on our check in date, Halloween. We went to AK and waited for a text. We got site 2024 which was perfect. AS TCD mentioned it was toward the back of the loop on the outside. We had tons of room behind us and a dry creek. It was very quiet. I would definetly stay here again!

Thats was our site a couple of weeks ago. It was a bit noisey but I asked to be close to the bus stop, comfort station and the pool and it was all of these .

We were in 2064 and it was perfect for us (could've been a bit more private, but still...) - but probably not good for light sleepers.

If you have bikes or a cart I suggest it in this loop. It's a pretty good hike from the 2000 loop to the store or pool.
