I used to use limewire, then frostwire for music. That is no-more. So, I did a search and see that rhapsody has unlimited songs for $9.99 per month. Seems legit, and that's a great price! So, is there a catch? I have an iPod, my daughter has a no-name Mp3 player and I'd like to use a program that will let me download songs to my computer and then add to our devices. Will Rhapsody do this for me? I did the free 7 day trial thing and all it's letting me do is LISTEN to songs....not download.

I do not think that deal is for 9.99 a month to download unlimited songs. It is to listen to unlimited songs. Itunes would go out of business if ppl could download unlimited amount of songs for 10 bucks a month.

It's just a streaming service, like Spotify, which i like better. You can pick what you want to listen to, (unlike Pandora) but it's not for downloading, just streaming.

Try mp3fiesta.com for downloading. You can paid per song or sign up for a six month, one year, or lifetime membership which provide unlimited downloads for the term of the membership.

Have you used this before? Is it fast, and have a good library of music?

I have the premier plus plan. It is like $15 dollars a month. You have to drag the songs on your daughters mp3 player and they will transfer on to the player. You can't download them. You would have to sync her player with the music service every month as long as you remain a customer to have the music keep playing otherwise you would get a message like "Your license has expired". Once you cancel your subscription then you lose all the music. As far as your ipod, I'm not sure about it.
