Anyone stay there ? Is it any good ?

I love it. My kids LOVE the pool complex, and would rather spend their time there than Disney! lol
However, there are some things to know.

Each home is individually owned. Some owners take real good care of them, and others not so much. There are also different categories of homes:
Standard: Basic accommodations (typically dated, worn furniture/appliances)
Premium: Upgraded features
Elite: Luxury features (granite, new furnishings etc)
(Obviously you would pay more for the Prem & Elite homes than the standard)

I highly recommend booking through an owner directly (VRBO/Homeaway etc) because you will know beforehand the exact home you will be staying in. Using tour operators/expedia etc means your home will be allocated on arrival, & you never know if your going to get one of the nicer units or not. Also, there are 600 homes on the resort which means that some are not walking distance to the pool complex. That's another thing the owner can tell you, that a tour operator can't.
