Tell me about Paradise Point on St. Thomas

We are doing the skyride excursion and am wondering what there is to do at the top.

We went in April 2010 and there was a bar (get a Baileys Bushwacker), a store, some tropical birds to look at, and an amazing view of the ship. We got some awesome pictures of our RCL ship. We spent maybe an hour up there including the ride. You can walk there from port. I'm wondering if they are reopen after Irma I think it had some damage.
