I have never been and we want to try it out this year. Will it be good for my 22 month old son?

Thanks!!!!! :)

I went for the first time in April and was not trilled with the food. The salad they serve is good (comes with dressing on), the bread was good, and so was the bread pudding for dessert. Be sure to ask for a kids meal if your little one does not like to eat meat or shrimp. They don't ask you up front if you'd like one, but they are happy to get a kids meal if you just ask! The entertainment was fun for my 4 year old but nothing exciting for the adults. We also ate at Kona Cafe the night prior and enjoyed that MUCH more.

We like Ohana dinner - we enjoy the relaxed polynesian atmosphere & the food is pretty good. Appetizers are served to you family style & the entree is steak, pork, turkey & shrimp served from skewers. When we went in 2007 our son was 2 yrs old & it was not a problem. As the pp stated, you can get alternative items for your son like chicken nuggets or mac & cheese. Our server also brought our son his own dish of ice cream for dessert instead of the bread pudding. Also there is usually some form of entertainment going on like a limbo contest or hula dancing lessons.

Thanks guys! that helps me out a lot. I have seen the pics of the food from 'Ohana and I really want to try it out.

We ate there in March and had a great time. There was so much food that when the meat came we were close to being full! The salad had a great dressing on it and the chicken wings were awesome(very messy). After the appetizers, our waiter brought us warm towels to clean our hands.... very nice! All the meat was very good (although the pork was a tad dried out). My DD2 is a picky eater so our waiter brought her mac & cheese at no charge! We also sat right in front of the window and saw wishes from our table. 'Ohana dims the lights and pipes in the music during wishes. It was a great experience!
