I called today and got adr's for Sunday night! Tell me your experiences with this restaraunt, my kids are 7 & 9, will they like it?

Leaving tomorrow, yea!!!!!!:cool1:

I'm going to move this over to the restaurant board for you since it is asking about a dining location and not a resort.

Liberty Tree Tavern is fun for all ages. The food is served family style and there is plenty of it. The characters each make their way around to the tables at at seperate times, making the entire dinner an interactive experience. This is a must do on each of our trips. I'm sure that your whole family will enjoy it.

We really enjoy LTT. It is Thanksgiving type food. Turkey, ham, roast beef, mashed potatoes, mac n' cheese, salad, rolls, etc....They will serve you all you want and can eat. Old Colonial style decor and atmosphere. The characters are great fun for everybody, especially the kids. Go and enjoy....PS....Take lots of pictures and or shoot alot of video....

We just ate there on Monday night. My kids (12 & 16) love it because it is normal food. They like most of the places we eat but have a hard time finding things they like off the menu. Here they always know they can get mashed potatos, mac and cheese, things kids normaly like to eat. The characters are great too.

We enjoyed Liberty Tree when we ate there. Food was decent and our server was quick to offer more of everything (which was good because DD polished off the mac & cheese in about two minutes). Characters were good and got to our table at least twice the night we were there. We have lots of pictures and we would do this again.

We ate at the Liberty Tree Tavern in 2006 and during our June, 2007 visit. The food is decent. Not gourmet but good. The characters came to our table twice during our hour long meal.

Our son is super picky and only wanted the rolls and turkey. I asked our server if there was any way he could come up with a plate of fries. He did and we tipped him above and beyond that which was included in our dining plan.

We'll probably skip Liberty Tree next year and try something new.

We loved Liberty Tree Inn. Our waiter was great and so were the characters. My youngest DD tripped when coming down the stairs from the bathroom. She was very upset and crying :sad2: . The characters came over and calmed her down :woohoo: . The food was like Thanksgiving dinner but we enjoyed it. We would go back again.

We love LTT! A lot of people say the food is below average but we like it. It's not the best in WDW but it's good & the kids love it. They do have the best green beans almondine in a garlic sauce! Along with ham, turkey, mashed potaoes, stuffing, mac & cheese, rolls etc. By far the best character interaction we've ever had. Great service, and all-you-can-eat. Make your ADR right when they open (4pm I think) and the characters do a little skit & they get kids to help them.

We try to hit LTT every trip for dinner, but when we went this past Easter, all they had was lunch, so we did that. We loved it! I knew there were no characters (and we did miss them), but the food choices were many, food was delish, and cheaper prices too. They even had the pilgrams feast which we had and was huge! Enough to share. Dessert was amazing and was big enough for the three of us (berry cobbler with ice cream). I know we will miss the characters, but to be honest, I think it will be lunch for us from now on. We can always see Mickey and the Gang at other buffet meals.
