I flew it to MCO in September -- great ride, great treatment. Tvs in the seats are fun! There's a free set of earphones, and a better set you can buy for (I think) a buck. You do this before getting on the flight, in line to hand over your boarding pass. However, they do pass through the cabin with them as well. You can keep the earphones for the return flight and future flights.
The blue potato chips were cool!
They also are part of the on-site flight check in, so on your return day you can check your baggage through to home from the on-site hotel, get your boarding pass, and when you actually go to the airport, go straight to your gate.
My friend's husband flies all the time for his job, and though he can fly business and first class, if Jet Blue is an option, he's just as likely to take them because he appreciates the service.
