Tell me about GVF studios

I requested a GVF studio for June, and surprisingly I was able to secure one! Now I have to decide between this and keeping my reservation for Poly villa studio through Disney. I am waiting for the December discounts to come out - I will need a 25% discount to make the Poly studio doable and comparable to the GVF cost.
Soooo.... can anyone tell me about GVF studios and any pros and cons to this. Any comparisons/contrasts to Poly studios also appreciated. We will rent a car so will probably drive to most parks except MK.

Have stayed in both. Poly studios appear to be larger. IMO GFV's are more elegant. For us, restaurants are nicer at GF but you can walk there from the Poly if you do stay at the Poly. Atmosphere at GF is what we enjoy far more than the Poly. Beautiful lobby, live band, nicer furnishings at the Grand.

We have stayed in both. I think you will be happy at either resort. GFV is beautiful and elegant and Poly is very laid back, and also beautiful. No matter which one you stay at, you can always take a stroll over to the other....Poly does have the Dole Whip...Yum!
