The girls (8 and 12) will be in the World June 8-16. We all enjoy seafood very much. We like more "traditional" type and not so gourmet. I have been looking at the menu at Fulton's and think we might enjoy it. Tell me all: good and bad!

Fultons is one of our regular dinner stops. They have a chocolate creme brulee that is fabulous! You can eat outside by the water if the weather is comfortable (in June it may be a bit hot unless you eat later). We have had a variety of seafood and have enjoyed it all.

Make PS arrangements as it is a busy restaurant.

Our entire family enjoys Fulton's quite a bit. They have a large selection of seafood that should satisfy any taste you are looking for. I'm partial to the oysters and my better half loves the dungeoness crab legs. We have always had a nice time with good service but I have seen written on these boards that others have had questionable service.

By the way, as stated by JimC, the milk chocolate creme brulee is excellent...and my favorite dessert at WDW!

GenePA:

Hi neighbor!! You obviously have a sophisticated dessert palete!!! How do you like this frigid weather we are having? It is almost enough to head to the house of mouse.

It is much too cold for my liking around here. What part of PA are you from JimC? We're down to 37 days until we're heading back to WDW. Staying at OKW this time....we've never stayed there and I'm looking forward to a resort that might be a little more laid back and quiet. I'll be real bummed if it is not considerably warmer there than it is now. I called last weekend to arrange a golf outing at WDW and it was only 32 degrees in WDW at the time. I'd be real bummed if I went to Florida and it was 32 degrees.....might as well stay here. But I'm sure we'll be fine.....we've been there in early March before and the weather was perfect.

As far as that dessert......I get the milk chocolate creme brulee everytime at Fulton's......and I don't normally even get dessert.
Oh, and Fulton's has a nice lime/tabasco ice that is excellent with the oysters.

GenePA,

Same town, same cold weather as you.

OKW is more laid back and we liked it enough to buy there. Orlando can get cold in January, but the warm comes back pretty fast. In late February - early March it is much less of a problem. In February we will be at the West coast house of mouse.

Enjoy your trip!

Fulton's in a nutshell (based on our 4 dinners there ,2 "voluntary", 2 others at the insistance of couples we went to WDW with:
Pretty restaurant
Decent food
Pathetic service

Anytime I am in or near Orlando, for business or leisure, a stop at Fulton's is mandatory! This is one restaurant that knows how to prepare seafood properly and with style. I've NEVER had a bad meal there; service has always been superb -- attentive without being clingy; available when needed and prompt when serving different courses. Plus eating on the boat is just plain fun! Highly recommend it!!

Thanks for the info. We will definitely be adding Fulton's to our list of dining for June. By the way, I love creme brulee. Can't wait to try the chocolate. My favorite is the creme brulee at Le Cellier. It is fabulous!

Fulton’s is a must stop every time that we go. I think the seafood is very good. But my mother would say that it is excellent. They do know how to prepare fish. But I have had so-so fish while dining there. Not their fault in my opinion. We have never been for dinner, always for lunch. With that said we’ve had not only good service but also great service.

Our family tried Fulton's for the first time last August. Without a doubt Fulton's is one of our WDW resturants. We enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the customer service was top notch. The menu offered a good variety for adults and kids. I'm not too big on seafood, but I tell you there are some days when I think about Fulton's and wish I had a plate of their double Lobster tail and Filet Mignon.

absolutely adore Fulton's ... but it's a bit on the pricey side for us, so we tend to make it a once-per-trip eating establishment.
