Tell me about Disney junior Show & M & G

My DD 4 likes Sofia. Not like a crazy fan, but enjoys the show. We have our FP booked already, with a 3:00 Frozen show planned. 11:30 is our lunch. Could we fit in a Disney junior show in between? Is it worth it? Are the meet and greets ongoing? TIA!

She could also meet Sofia at Hollywood & Vine. Our DD loved Sofia when she was 4 and really enjoyed the breakfast. There was singing and dancing as well as getting to meet the characters.
