Tell me about declining housekeeping - fresh towels?

I have read that there's now an option for declining housekeeping. We are hoping to book Coronado. Is there a place I can take soiled towels to exchange for fresh towels/washclothes? And I'm assuming I take my own trash out each morning.

If there's not an option for fresh towels, I may not decline the housekeeping. Thanks in advance.
