Tell me about Christmas at HHI

We absolutely LOVE HHI, but have only been in early June. DH suggested we do Christmas at HHI next year - I'm wondering how HHI is for the holidays and would it be hard to book?

We haven't stayed there on Christmas Day, but we did go a few years back on about the 28th and stayed through New Years Day or the day after. The resort was decorated nicely and there was plenty to do if you want to do stuff. The first time we went, we didn't do many of the resort activities - we just enjoyed some down time after a busy holiday. Since then we've been back two or three times in October and really have enjoyed our time there. It seems like there are a few people who spend every Christmas at HH, maybe they'll post about their experiences. As far as booking, especially if you want a 2BR, there shouldn't be too much of a problem booking at the 7 month window. It might be a little more difficult to get a studio or 1BR since there are so few of them.
