Tell me about baby swap and bags

Almost time for our first trip to US and IOA in 3 years and first time to WWoHP. We will be onsite, but are going the June 11th.

Anyway, how does the baby swap work on FJ? We will have 2 Adults and 4 kids, one of which is too small to ride. Do we all go through the queue and then one parent wait with too small child? Do we need to get a locker if waiting parent can hold a bag? Will any of the tall enough kids be able to ride with second parent or does second parent have to ride alone?

Yes, you all go through the queue together and then someone needs to stay with the baby in the swap area. They can keep the bags. Then the second parent can ride with whoever isn't staying with the baby the second time.
