Tell me about 40% off codes

I've seen a 40% off code mentioned. how do you get it? I assume it's room only (which would be fine)?

My 40% off was off the room only on certain dates throughout the year. It had to be booked by March 31st. Maybe some new ones will come out. I received it through the mail.

I got mine via postcard in the mail. It was only for certain dates.
