telephone number for unused park tickets

Does anyone know the number to call to check the number of unused days you have left on your park pass?

That's the number I called and the guy I got on the phone said they have no way of checking tickets over the phone

Maybe you should try again and get someone else....i have had success with this number before, but one time i could tell they weren't too happy about it, they even sighed very loudly and asked "how did you get this number?"

other times, the cm was very polite and quickly helped me out.

I only was able to check at the park. Was told there is no way via phone

It worked for me. I just gave it to a friend to use and she decided to call back, because she "wanted a friendly person on the other end."

It did work the second time for her.

That number worked for me last summer, but when I tried it a few days ago, I was told they are no longer capable of telling unused days via phone and you can only do it at Guest Services at each park or at the Disney resort concierge desks.

Since I had success last year, I may try again and hope for a different cast member, but I was told here at the DIS that more and more folks here are being told NO over the phone nowadays
