Shouldn't you make sure atleast one person from both teams are on? Otherwise there's no chance of the other team getting any points. Which isn't very fair...

I think it's fine, but the questions should be posted at a consistent time each day, that way everyone will have a fair shot. Just a suggestion. Congrats to Team One, I knew the answer to neither of those questions!
