Tee Time golf cart rentals

I made a reservation, over the phone, for a golf cart rental, at Ft Wilderness, for the 1st week of December. I was told that I would get an email confirmation--but it never came. I have since then requested a confirmation email twice but not gotten one!! Should I make a ressie with another company? Or just take a chance that they will show up as requested? Anyone else experience this with Tee Time rentals?

Even though we've been to the Fort many times , april of 12 was the first time we got a cart and it was from t-time. We never got an e-mail but gave them a call ,I think it was a day or two before we arrived, and then on the day we arrived as soon as we got to our site, and He called back and told me where it was parked . It seems like it could use a little more organization , but He always seems to deliver.

Rented a golf cart and my card has been charged but no one has called me to give pick up info...........weare on our wY now and will be checking in at noon. TODAY. Getting a bit nervous. My parents also rented one and have heard nothing. If anyone has any suggestions or alternate numbers please email me ASAP.....
