OKW-3rd floor?

Is it possible to be assigned a third story studio at OKW, or are those designated for grand villas only?

I was just in one in December so it’s definitely possible. We were in Room 1836 in the Millers Road section.

3rd floor 1-br and studios are possible in buildings 14, 18, 35, and 38. They are all the same building type.

Are any of these HH rooms or have an elevator.

14 is HH area (right across the street from HH). 18 is Millers Road area, and 35 and 38 are Turtle Pond area. None have an elevator.
