Where I work they are just about to introduce the position of technical operator. It will be sort of a between operator and engineers job and requires the person to take an nvq level 2 in engineering. I had my interview on 10th April and convinced myself nothing happened because I hadn't heard anything by July but I have just had my one to one interview and was told I was accepted, I was so suprised I couldn't think of any questions but am sure I will think of some soon!!!!!!!!!

:yay: :scared1:  :cheer2: :scared: :cool1:

congratulations:banana: :thumbsup2

Well done, Paula!!!
