I could only download park by park, or in some cases, ride by ride...there was never a "download all" option. I couldn't imagine trying to download 400+ images one at a time.
A few weeks ago when I downloaded (and we had hundreds), there was a download all option. Once you selected it, it goes to section of the website called my downloads and it gets put in zip folders. You then download each folder separately from the my downloads section of the website to the computer. I think I had 28 or 29 folders to download. They saved onto my computer in zipped files and then I unzipped them all and saved them that way.
We had one trip where we had download issues--last year I think. I called them and I think they did something that fixed it. We had the same issues- getting half pictures and not all were downloading. Seems like it was something on their end.
Just stumbled onto this thread. I ordered a photopass CD on Nov 15th. It has yet to arrive. Called today. Waited on hold 1/2 hour then was told there is a known issue with the systems "communicating" when an order is processed. My order was never pushed through to fulfillment. Since then however, my photos have expired and the technical team is trying to find them. I really hope they can as these were to be used for gifts! So word to the wise. Call to ensure your order is actually being processed.
Well, this scares me. I've had nothing but trouble with that website since our October trip. It has been bad before, but it is miserable this year and about impossible. I've had to call them 3 times on different issues- and only connected once. The first time, they fixed the problem within 24 hours. The second time, I gave up after being on hold over 45 minutes (after it told me my hold time would exceed 20 minutes) and E-mailed them, and the third time I tried to call, but when it told me my hold time would exceed half an hour, I just E-mailed them and I am still waiting for that response. Currently, all my photos have disappeared even though I paid for an extension. I went in to try to buy a couple products and to do some edits an borders to a few of my favorites and re-down load and they were all gone. This is also after I paid for the extension because the date my first day of pictures was set to expire showed for a month on the website as being November 30 (which I thought was wrong, but when I checked about every day for a few weeks and it didn't change, I decided to trust it-- big mistake), and then on November 12, it suddenly changed to show the first day expiring on November 15, and later that day and the next day it would not log in (just kept spinning) or going to error page and I could not finish my photobook in time or get a hold of the photopass people as I got that same E-mail response with the 7 to 10 day wait. (I also got an e-mail saying they would begin to expire November 17, which was different than either of the dates the website had showed!) So, since I had not heard back from them, I bought the extension, then got an e-mail from photopass technical support confirming my first day of photos did not expire until November 30 (yep-because I bought the extension when I could not get ahold of them). Of course, this was different from the e-mail I got from the photopass website that said they would not start to expire until December 1. The photos were there the day before Thanksgiving, but when I got on the computer Monday to edit and do borders to a few of my favorites and re-download them and to try to create and buy a couple of mugs and ornaments (which I tried to create last week, but just gave up because it kept glitching). I ordered the photobook over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped- if they have deleted my pictures before fulfilling my order and lost that book, I am not going to be happy because I spent hours and hours on it.
