I just flew home from there two days ago and we never had a ride totally shut down on us while in line but several times we had rides go into reduced modes. We rope dropped FOP and the line was moving great then all of a sudden it stopped moving then the announcements where there were technical difficulties and operating at reduced capacity. It was down to one theater. Same thing happened while we were waiting in line for Soarin.

Also made a big mistake that I had to seek out Guest Services to resolve. We had a fast pass for Toy Story and it totally went down so they issued us a "Multi-Experience" fast pass that was good for all the rides in HS. Before we left it came back up but they started only admitted people with Fast Passes and they said it was a 35 minute wait if you had a fast pass. Since we had already been on all 4 rides and my daughter didn't want to get on any of them again, we decided to just park hop. We thought we would be able to just cancel the "multi-experience" fast pass or it would clear itself when we entered Epcot. Turns out in order to get an Epcot fast pass we had to go to Guest Services because they are the only ones that can clear the multi-experience fast pass in a different park. If we had just "burned" the fast pass in any attraction at HS it would have been fine.

Also had a fast pass for Barnstormer and it went down for weather reasons after we had scanned in for Barnstormer. No way to get a multi-experience one without going to Guest Services, so just wasted that one.

I just came back and had an amazing trip, however 'Technical Difficulties' were constant to the point of being annoying. We were at Epcot one morning at one point TT, Figment, and Mission Space Orange were shut down due to technical issues. We were waiting on Soarn' the same morning for 40 minutes due to 'Technical Difficulties'.

While that day was especially bad, it wasn't much better others. For instance in AK, Dinosaur being shut down, and River Rapids being held up due to 'Technical Difficulties'.


We got some FP's but a lot of time was lost due to 'Technical Difficulties'.

Anyone else notice an increase in this or was it possibly a fluke week?

The Disney/Pixar Shorts was down (No Audio) the last time I was at Epcot. It was still down when I headed to AK after lunch. Test Track also showed as down in MDE about 5 minutes after park opening, but came up I believe before I left.
