Techie Help - Printing in Excel....

Recently my quality with printing Excel documents has gotten lousy. It is very faint and the lines print 'broken'. All other programs are still appearing to print okay. I've been going in to the properties on each sheet and changing to 720 which is making the quality fine BUT is there anything else I can change on a permanent basis for all Excel sheets? By using properties I have to change it every time I print a new sheet.
