Tech help required please

Hi, anyone who has knowledge of 3d tv.

I purchased one beginning December, loving it, however I got two new films at Christmas RIO and ice age 3 both 3d.

They are both i unbearable to watch, fast moving images are uncomfoable on the eyes.

My other films are great to watch, polare expree, Christmas Carol, shrek 4.

What could the problem be ?

Sorry - I don't know the technicalities but have you been through all the setup and callibration process?

I think you can later depth etc? I expect everyone is different?

Maybe worth looking at the Troubleshooting guide.
