I hope someone here can help me. I want to make tear bears but I'm not sure what kind of glue would be best. Also, where do I find the thick paper, and any hints on how to make them "furry?"

funny enough I do. Use a wet glue and let dry completely. Use a mulberry paper and when glue is dry use a moistened (not wet so to speak) toothbrush to brush your bear with he will look furry when he dries.

I see a lesson in your future cause I want to know how to make them too!!

Thanks! I knew someone here would know!:)

Photos...I need photos! ;) I have no clue what you're talking about, but with the description MLP gave, they sound really cute! :thumbsup2

Even the tear bears have been replicated in digital style... here's some from a woman who does a lot of them and they are all so sweet! Click top pic to go to her store.

OMG! They are the cutest things I've ever seen!! Where's my mulberry?!?!? Probably in one of the boxes on the bottom.

(I've already unpacked about half that many boxes & there are at least that many more still in storage. )

Well, that's bizarre...I uploaded a photo & added it to this post, but it's not showing up. :confused3
Finally! I wonder what was wrong!?!? :confused3
