The quest ended at 11:30 Pacific time (2:30 Eastern) - this is the Sunday morning quest that happens every week

You usually have up to 30 minutes extra to finish the one day quests. Todays quest was scheduled from 8:30 - 11:30 you could still do it as long as you finished before 12. I would not count on the full 30 minutes though. I have seen them end about 25 minutes after the scheduled end time.
