Hey Team! Great Job on the miles and minutes!
Again, thanks to everyone who have so generously shared their minutes with me. I will begin to accumulate my own so that we have even more than before. My full recovery is still months away, but I am beginning training for a half marathon and incorporating as much stretching and all of Phyiscal therapy exercise into my workout program.
Reporting dates are:
November 7th; 14th; 21st and 30th.
We're in the final stretch folks! Let's all get moving together! The Holidays are coming and it may be the MOST important time of year to be our best!

He looked a little disappointed and asked what happened because I had been doing really well before. That was really embarassing.
So now... I have to keep a food journal which he's going to be checking. Yikes!

We usually don't get any until closer to Christmas. Since I'm training this year, I'm hoping for a green Christmas.
