What is Twitter?
Twitter is a bit like a blog but you only have one sentance to say what you're doing, you can also link it to FB. You follow people and can reply to them, you can also set it up so you can text from your cell to it, which is what Kat had done :thumbsup2 It's another thing to get addicted to and I try not to go there too much!

OK am I getting this right your kids send their whole class valentines :faint: Wow your card shops know how to earn some money don't they :rotfl:

Jo- We HAVE to give each child one in the class... or else! You must not leave anyone out. You wouldn't want the "naughty" kids to feel bad.

KAT!!!! We are not on Twitter!!! What is the news?

I have a question for our resident mom. Jo, do you think Jimmy will like Hoop Dee Doo or should I wait until he is older.

She's not on FB
Are you stalking her? :rotfl2:

We went in 2007 when the girls were 9 & 11 and they loved it, there were lots of little ones there too. It is pretty noisy but that's mostly on stage. I'm sure he'd love it. We had cat 3 seating upstairs and it was fine, not sure if I'd want to be right near the stage anyway :rotfl2:

Jim would kill me if I got seats close to the stage...only becasue he'd probably get picked on!:scratchin

OK, if the 7 for deal gets extended it is actually going to be cheaper for us to get this with the dining plan instead of using my mothers discount. THerefore I am now planning meals based on the DDP. I can't figure out 7 TS meals, so I am thinking HDDR.

HEre's what I got so far based on 1 day at EPCOT, 1 Day at AK (probably a 1/2 day), 1 1/2 days at MK and 1/2 days at DHS (Jimmy will want to do TSM several times)

Garden Grill for Dinner
50's Prime Time for Dinner
Crystal Palace for Dinner
Sci Fi for Lunch
Kona for Breakfast (On check out day. I ain't missing this one this time)

Any other suggestions. I am flip flopping on Chef Mickey's. We are thinking TRex, but that is that DDP place? If we do Chef Mickey's it would be for dinner on arrival night and that leaves me with one more TS credit. If we don't do Chef Mickey's I would do HDDR on our break day (earliest possible seating) and that is 2 TS credits.

Oooh, I just thought of the Plaza which we really liked last year. Reviews on Tony's Town Square? I haven't heard too much good, has it improved at all? Jimmy would like the whole Lady and the Tramp Theme???

I need help...although Jim tells me I need help just for thinking about this already:sad2:

Edited to also ask---is the RFC at AK on the DPP? Jimmy would probably like this one too!

:cheer2: I just ordered a glass slipper dessert for the girls to celebrate their birthday while we are at 1900 Park Faire! :cheer2:

I'm just over here creating magic! pixiedust:

The T-rex and RFC aren't on the DDP. We'll have to do OOP for the T-Rex, but we were already going to have to do one OOP anyway. :confused3

I don't know anything about Tony's.

Janet, I have not been impressed with Tony's in a long time. The food is standard mass produced Italian, and there really is no theme. You can ask your waiter to bring the autograph book to the back to have Tramp sign it, but I've only had them do it once...the other two times they said "Tramp isn't here right now." Whatever that means....out of ink:confused3

Personally, I have a hard time giving up two TS meals for any one meal. And, sometimes it's cheaper to pay OOP for a 2 TS, depending on where you sit.

I am realy thinking not doing HDDR this year and doing Chef Mickey's and then figuring out another TS. Maybe the Plaza? Thanks for your report on Tony's. I'm Italian, I can't stand mass produced carp!;)

Are you looking for something within a park?

How far away from where you live is BG?
As does everything around here, it depends on the time of day, but generally about 35-45 minutes. :thumbsup2

so does Leo have his own camera now or use yours?
I'm tempted to give him my old small digital, but he's been using mine lately!

Question.... Busch here in Va. has a similar one of course... but ours has only ONE WAY in and OUT so parents will "Park themselves" knowing there in no other way out and their kid will EVENTUALLY SHOW UP. Is this one like that ??
Basically, yes. There are 3 different sets of stairs and 2 more openings to the netted areas, but only one way in and out of the whole section, so you can definitely park by it and keep track. I really like that - it's nerve-wracking enough when I can't see him in the net!

Speaking of... read on...

Where are Katt and T? I need dates ladies. Mine are changing again!
What about me?! Keep me posted - mine won't change, but you never know when I might be able to pop over!

I have a question for our resident mom. Jo, do you think Jimmy will like Hoop Dee Doo or should I wait until he is older.
Janet, I'm still trying to decide on that one, too. :confused3

:crazy2: How anyone can screw up Italian food is beyond me, but they do at Tony's! And don't let that "Lady and the Tramp" stuff get you excited - there is no visible theme at all. It's a shame, because it's a pretty restaurant, but I've seriously never, EVER had a meal that wasn't disgusting there.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Totally forgot to tell this from our BG day...

I've been trying to let Leo use the Men's room as much as possible when we're out and about. So the couple times he needed to go yesterday, I let him do that. First time was fine; only one other boy went in and Leo was in and out quickly so I didn't panic. Second time, it was a busier spot, but had no door, jsut an open entrance, so I stood right outside. After both Gramma and I had taken turns in teh ladies' room and still no sign of Lao, I called in...
"LEO! Are you okay?"
"Yeah!"

Wait some more.

"LEO - c'mon, let's go!"
"Okay Mommy!"

After, no joke, 15 minutes I asked a dad coming out "Excuse me..." That's all I got out before he said, "Yep, he's in there. I heard you call him - he's in a stall, so I think he might need some more time."

Leo finally came out and was completely embarrassed. We talked and he's totally ready to be using the mens' rooms; apparently I just need to let go of my baby a little. :guilty:

Well, the way I have it planned right now I have 3 days with out possible TS meals. 2 no park days and AK day. I was looking at Tambu in AK for lunch maybe and Chef Mickey's for either check in day or our break/no park day. Then I was thinking Boma since it is someplace that Jim and I have been wanting to try, but I don't know if they have a kids menu:confused3 My other thought was ESPN, but I don't think that is on the DDP.

I have GG, 50's PT, Cryatal Palace, and Sci FI as in park meals. Thought we'd try a couple of different places this time. Never been to Chef Mickey's.

I figure since we are driivng I will bring a cooler and have breakfast items in the room and then use the CS credits for whatever meal we aren't eating TS. I think. This all so confusing.

Hey there! :wave2:

I HATE dealing with boys and public restrooms. I'm glad he was okay.

Oh, and I think I know someone who will go on that coaster with you. :thumbsup2

It can be seriously overwhelming.

Boma does have a kids section of food, complete with mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, pasta and meatballs... Boma is super good.

We are now looking at the 9th to the 16th. Taking advantage of the 7 for 4 if they extend it and getting our of dodge before free dining starts, which is rumored to start on the 16th!

Janet, I'm still trying to decide on that one, too. :confused3

I think I bagging it this year!

OK, that's 2 people I trust telling me not to go there...so that is off the list!

Poor Leo, and poor mama

Good to know. That might be a good first night meal...relaxing!:thumbsup2
