My ornament will go in the mail on Sunday (Staples has a UPS store in it). I have to buy a box for it tomorrow!

YOU DO NEED A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE.

Help me with something... Vision gets "wonky" when the pressure in LOW.. what if it gets High?? I am trying to understand this Eyesight handicap.

The pressure is sort of a good/bad thing. Too high (too much fluid not draining) and it puts pressure on the optic nerve in the back of your eye and that reduces vision, permanantly. Too low (not enough to hold the eye in a "roundish" shape) and you get blurry because the shape is wrong for reflecting that image into your eye. This is remedied by having the pressure go back up though so that's not as bad as HIGH. Thanks for caring!

At work, so not much time. Just wanted to let eveyone know I just got a text from CE. They apparently got hit pretty hard with the storm last night. They are all okay, but there is no power, no cable and therefore no internet. She did not want us all worrying about her so I I told her I would post here so no one was concerned when we didn't here from her!

And Thanks for letting us know about CE. My mom (whos in Mass) said they were fine but my sister had a HUGE tree come down on her house from the ice!

Oh Mel that sounds yucky, hope it worked this time.

Oh I haven't told you about David. He was getting really bad pains at the base of his spine, he went to the Dr on Monday and they reckon he has an ingrown hair which has formed an abcess on his spine he's on antibiotics which thankfully are working otherwise it could be an op which would put him off work awhile and no work means no money

Oh Mel - this made me so sad! I don't know first hand how it feels, but my brother (who is deaf) has RP, which means he currently has tunnel vision and that tunnel gets smaller and smaller, and will eventually close, leaving him completely blind. When he was a kid, he wished for new eyes and new ears.
I hope you get your Christmas Miracle!

Oh T! That was so sweet. I know I should be thankful to have what sight I have (which isn't really too bad with my glasses on!) but it's really hard to focus on the POSITIVE when it's going like this...

Well, T, it's not cold and drizzly here, it's SNOWING again! Acutally, it's sunny and snowing! And cold. And don't worry, I don't have my tree up yet either! Too many things to do and not enough time! ARGHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Ok, totally productive day here! Got the house clean, had SD carry up the boxes with the Xmas decorations, bought a TON of groceries, made a bunch of phone calls, found two more Xmas gifts, picked up both kids AND talked with a friend whom I haven't seen in a LONG time. Sold the Wii to a friend and all stuff with it for $350! yay! Oh, and caught up here (No small feat, 4 pages!!!)

I'm going to go do some laundry now and get a jump on it so I don't have to spend all weekend doing it! Yay me!

Hi girls! I`m trying to catch up! I just subbed and replied to Jo`s new TR!
I was out shopping all day with my friend. I did okay. We are getting the tree tomorrow!! its about time!
I sent out my Gifts via UPS yesterday!!! Still haven`t done my cards yet though.
