so, how is everyone???

carrie-- i know how you feel. working midnights gets my schedule all screwy!! i always stay up late, then i'm so tired during the day.

katt-- i completely understand how you feel about sarabeth! regan is having the same problems with the girls in her 2nd grade class. they're not directly mean to her (yet) they just ignore her. i can't believe girls start that crap in 2nd grade!! how do you help her deal with it??

ce-- :rotfl2: i've got the same cleaning routine. i just cleaned the kitchen , now i'm on break till the next room. :rotfl2:

Grunt, grunt... :headache: I'm tired. The kids just got up. Well, two of them. We all slept until 8. It's so cloudy and dark still, that I think it tricked them.

I've been so stressed the last 24 hours. I've had a few blow ups. :rolleyes1 The house still isn't ready, and I'm not sure it will be by morning. Lots of things got done, but not everything. I'm not sure when Kirt's getting home today. He said early, but early yesterday was 5:45.

I just want my house to sell. :sad1: The lender's being very firm on their, "We don't start houses until yours has an offer, " thing. I'm already tired of Kirt commuting. I'm starting to think that we may buy a pre-owned house just so we don't have to sit here and deal with this for 3-4 more months after this house sells. :scared:

I walked out of my room this morning and the dog was eating the cat puke. I hope that doesn't tell me anything about how my day will go today. :sad2:

Sorry I'm so gloomy. I'm crabby. :guilty:

v--
so............. it 's been a rough few weeks. i haven't said anything, but background info............ my husband is a very anxious person. not panic attacks, but just worry, worry, worry. he constantly thinks about the future, plans. what if's ............. well, he has been on lexapro and it helped tremendously. when we moved, he felt like he could quit taking it bc most of the stress was about finding the right job after law school.. well, he's been driving me crazy the last few weeks. it's like he worries so much and his mind races that he can't enjoy the present time. well, he finally went back on his medicine and is started to feel much better this week. now he sees how irrational he was being/thinking. i finally have my husband back! :cloud9:

i told him to never go off the medicine again. he obviously needs it! i told him, i would shove the medicine down his throat if he ever tries to stop taking it again.!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

seriously, i felt bed for him when he wasn't taking it. poor man. i can't imagine everyday constantly thinking/worrying about everything under the sun!

now, we can take our mini-vacay and really relax!

Stress will Paralyze people... I am one of those... I probably need a "Happy Pill "myself most days. If I get stressed... I can not even make a sentence... it's babble.

How have the kids been with this Move... :guilty:
We are still trying to figure out if we can do a Spring Break in Tampa , Clearwater our selves in April. Some of those hotels look a bit:scared: and some are too Pricey. I'd like to have a beach front hotel one more time. We had one in Jekyll Island Ga. back in 1987 or 1988 been so long I forgot... and it was only an overnight trip. :sad1:
Scott HATES BEACHES..

Is there a Dr. Focker in the house? :confused3 I've had this crud in my chest for a week now. I can feel it moving around. I'm assuming it's from drainage. I've been taking mucinex, tylenol, and allergy meds, but nothing's changed. Should I go to the doctor? With my trip coming up, I'm nervous that it will turn into something right before we leave. But, I don't really feel BAD... :confused3

Good morning everyone! Weird night here. HIGH winds all night (gusts to 70 mph) and the power went off and on a few times. Sd's alarm shut off during one of the off/on's and it's a good thing Bob keeps ours on battery back up!

I got both kids off to school but I'm so sleepy. I am going to the gym later but for now I'm resting. I have some laundry to do so that will occupy my morning.

Sorry about your migraine, V. I hope your 3 pronged attack works!
I'm going to Disney in exactly two weeks. Going to be at Raglan on Friday 27th for some cocktails and music! Wanna come?

Katt: Hope your shot helps. I hate when Bob moves our furniture but doesn't finish! Argh!

Kristel: Great update and sorry about the taxes. We get hit hard too because we run a business. It sucks.

Hi Jodi, Hi Carrie, Hi Lessa! :wave2:

Hello to everyone else.

Rachel: Your poor hubby. Anxiety is the worst. It's impossible to shut off your brain when it's racing like that.

i finally have my husband back!

Oh, good!

ce-- :rotfl2: i've got the same cleaning routine. i just cleaned the kitchen , now i'm on break till the next room. :rotfl2:

I'm glad I'm not the only one. :thumbsup2 Since I posted last, I picked up most of the loose toys in the family room (pointless, as they'll be back out tonight or tomorrow, but...) So now I get a break! :lmao: Next, I'll probably get and put away clean laundry, then take another break... :rolleyes1

It will work out, honey. Big

Sorry I'm so gloomy. I'm crabby. :guilty:

It's OK - it's one of the major stressors.

Nope .....New School :yay: ...4 or 5 other Elementary Schools Merge therehopefully the Bullies will get bullied and Sarabeth will be friends with a whole bunch of new kids and have her first Boyfriend.

Yeah, I got a reply to my e-mail.. basically THEY.. ( being upper school administration) are not going to do anything... Talk to the teachers and tell them what is going on... HEllo... done that already... they are not going to notice anything... 55 school days left in the school year.. so we are just counting down the hours till I "Moon the School":rotfl2:
I'm glad she'll be at a new school soon, Katt. :cutie:

Morning, Mel. I'm hoping to meet you for that music, etc. We have dinner at Ohana that night. If the kids are as tired as they normally start getting, maybe Kirt will take them back to the hotel to sleep and I can meet you. :confused3

I always feel like drainage lasts forever. I'm still coughing up "gunk" from that time I got sick over Valentine's Day weekend. But, if you're worried, you might check to see if it's bronchitis or something that antibiotics would help.

I'm not V, but I want to! :)

Sorry about your weird night. I love my battery back-up alarm. :thumbsup2

Minute by minute. It's not fair for a kid this young to have to dig deep within themselves to survive school.School is tough, Girls are so Cliquey and it begins earlier and earlier.:sad2:

BTW... I clean like CE and Rachel :rotfl:

Well I just made a fresh pot of coffee.. the first pot got yucky before I could drink it. Builders... especially today.. are getting tough on building, I understand his side,, but leaves me frustrated for you.. and this whole Move situation.

I am sure the house is fine for the "LISTING" You might not have any Lookers for a few days. Have an Open House as soon as things are ready. I would suggest while you are on Vacation.. but if you are wanting candles lit your Realtor would have to light them and REMEMBER to blow them all out.

Smile Dawn... Think of me Mooning Sarabeth's School and it should make you laugh... sorry not gonna post any pictures :lmao:

See the Dr. You might need some predisone or an inhaler or both. When Crud gets in my chest... I DO GO TO THE Dr. and do so quickly.

CE: I want you to come too!

I don't remember who was asking (it was 1 or 2 threads ago...) but it looks like Detroit's woes are falling farther afield....

Central Florida News 13 reports that GM, current sponsor of Epcot's Test Track, and Disney have not been able to come to terms on a new contract.

Bob says that maybe Honda will step up and the ride will stop breaking down! LOL.... He's bitter. He works with the Big 3 (not so big 3) almost exclusively, so he's no big fan.

MEL:banana:

I think I'll give it until Monday and if it's still there, I'll go in to the doctor. :thumbsup2
Aiden's got his first really loose tooth. He says it hurts, poor guy. He's not sure about eating today. ;)

i know, some of those hotels were scary!!! :scared1: we're only staying 3 nights, so i booked a nice hotel beachfront. it's a little pricey at 240/night. however, i would rather pay more than risk getting a nasty hotel room!!! oh and i tried to book through expedia, hotels.com, travelocity. i chekced out the hotel site before i booked and it was actually cheaper to book through the hotel. i thought those sites were supposed to save money. :confused3 when is your spring break??

since you're already taking mucinex and other meds , i would have it checked out! esp since you're going on vacay!!!

Rachel: Your poor hubby. Anxiety is the worst. It's impossible to shut off your brain when it's racing like that.
:scared: on those winds!!!

and thanks, i can only imagine what it feels like. but it has to be horrible.

That was me, Mel. Thanks for the information!

Morning! :goodvibes
My dad just left and the boys are doing school work so I actually have a minute to catch up and say hi. I've been reading along when I could, but thanks to Kristel and her recaps, I know what's what.

We've been crazy busy...soccer games, lacrosse games, company, DH is in his last 40 days of grad school...oh, and life. ;) I'm going to spend the better part of the day doing laundry and cleaning up...and visiting with everyone here  :woohoo: :yay:

Hi all - I'm back! My head's feeling better; still foggy-feeling, but the throbbing pain has diminished, so it's a marked improvement. :thumbsup2 Think it could be at least partially STRESS-related?! :rotfl:

Thanks again for all the good thoughts - it helps. :goodvibes

Mel Will you be at WDW that weekend, too - 3/28-29? I can definitely see the potential for me to pop over! Fridays are bad, though - it can take 4 hours just to crawl there in rush hour traffic. :crazy2:

Hi, Kate! Yikes! :faint:

I'm so glad it's better!

Add me to the cleaning, resting group. I just swept, mopped and did touch-up paint downstairs. I'm resting now.

V- Mel leaves Saturday about 4pm.

V, glad you're feeling better. I imagine between the stress of work and pollen floating around, it was a rough morning.

So, my neighbor won't stop driving on my lawn. :headache: We've politely asked him to stop. He works the night shift, so under cover of darkness, he pulls up onto our front lawn to park his car catty-wampus in his driveway. He's ruining my lawn. I've got tire marks that go about 6 feet up and start halfway across my front yard. I just called the utility company to have them come mark the lines and I've decided to plant a big ol' tree right in his way. That will show him :rotfl2:

Thansk Dawn! Wait... is that your week, too?! :yay: Sorry - I stopped trying to keep track of Focker trips, knowing I wasn't going anyway. But now... I'm considering... ;)
