I got some good news today. Kirt's company does the A/C and plumbing on the house we'll be building. That means, any profit the company would have made, Kirt and I will get in free upgrades. Zoned A/C will be a nice thing that we need here. Also- he'll get to go in and make sure it's done right.

I like the floorplan. LOVE the gameroom.
We have master on main and kind of wish we didn't. Well, it's nice because the kids are not right above or next to us, but I don't like my room right by the family room.

We are booked for BCV (sunday) June 7-13. dh asked me to add another night somewhere for Sat night b/c he wants to go to DHS for SWW on sunday morning. I called MS today to see if AP rate is available for CBR - want to get the Pirate room for the 1 night and add the Deluxe DP. ms girl quotes me a room rate with AP discount, says it is available, then adds ddp and the total is too high. So I question her. She told me that if you can not use the AP discount when you add the ddp. I told her she was wrong because I used the Ap discount in Jan and got the ddp. She kept insisting I was wrong. So I told her nevermind - cancel everything.
I called ms back and got someone else. He said, she is wrong, we have a lot of new people who are still learning. He keeps telling them that passholders always know more than them. He tried to book it and the AP discount is not available. I booked ASMu for the night b/c didn't want to pay $220 for the pirate room for 1 night. Added the DxDP.

So, would you do 3 TS's or 1 TS and 1 Signature? I'm thinking we come off better doing 3 TS's and paying oop for signature another night.

I'm sick - again! I thought I was on the tail end, but it seems to have come back with a vegence. Jimmy now has a sore red throat so he is going to the Doctor this afternoon to get a throat culture.

It is 60 degrees and beautiful out. It's going to snow on Sunday

She has 2 kids by different people and neither of them is with her. She just doesn't live anything like me and I just don't know what to say to her really. But she keeps trying to keep in contact with me and I just feel like something needs to happen, i can't just keep avoiding her.

[Lori is juggling kids and life. DR lost her contact so she had to find her scrip. A major task. Did you get the van fixed? Oh and her ex thinks that doctors are unneccessary.

No, my van wasn't fixed. The engine blew up. So, until I can afford a new one and get some kind of down payment for one I'm sharing a car with my brother. Its not too bad, had a few hiccups in the beginning, but we're making the best of it for now. On the positive side is that it forces me to walk a little more and get my butt in shape. The kids schools are only a few blocks from my house and with nicer weather coming it's a good thing.

I am losing my mind this week. PS (DD 7) has been staying awake every night She heard about Bloody Mary from a boy in school. Remind to choke that little bugger when I go into work. I am honestly at a loss. I haven't been this tired since the kids were infants. I have even brought her into bed with me, she still stays up shaking and scared. She has never been a huge fan of sleep. Any suggestions?

Oh man, that stinks on the no sleep part. to her and I agree with Dawn's ideas. Although Janet made a good point with the IASW ride.

Morning. Yet another day in hell, here. Yep, once again, my day began with a boss spazzing out at 8:10am. Long story, but she took a small, not even very troublesome, situation and blew it up to epic proportions. Not mad at me... but involving me in her freak-out. Why can't these people chill the $*^% out already!

Leo's off to his dad's after school, and I'm having dinner with my PA friend, who will be spending part of the weekend with me. I'll try not to drown my sorrows over dinner.

Not much planned for us today. Both the kids are in school right now. I stopped at the store when I dropped DR for school to pick up stuff for dinner. I need to get some laudry done but that's about it. I had a killer headache this morning but its now down to a dull ache. I think I might sneak in a qucik nap before the kids get home.

I'm hating the weather we are having here too! Winter can not be over soon enough! When I took Lindsey to school this morning it felt like a wonderful spring morning. Yeah, not so much when I tood DR to preschool in the afternoon. YUCK!

There is always the possibility that You/I are the ONE PERSON... who can change a person's life. If I were faced with this very thing, I would be driving myself crazy wondering if I would be the one to save this life.
I don't have any eloquent words for being in touch just not "chums" and I have not seen that card in the Hallmark Stores either...
