TEAM DISNEY:Mommy, Daddy, Baby, Nana and Grandpa***DEC 08'!!!!

I figured for our first post I would fill you in on the family Disney History in true disney fashion . .....

Once upon a time...A handsome King and beautiful Queen met, got married , and had a beautiful daughter and son . The King had another love as well though...the mouse . This love sparked many a beautiful family trip to a magical land called Disney World .

Through the years, the princess fell in love with mouse as well and vowed to get married and honeymoon in Disney. This princess married a prince of her own, and true to her word...the happy couple took their honeymoon in Disney. It was a magical time at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in December for 10 whole days !!!!! This was in 2006 and her handsome prince was finally able to join the princess in her deep love for all things Disney.

The following September the princess found out she was going to have a baby of her own . In December of 07' she took an all girls trip to the magical land then 3 months pregnant. The baby came in May of 08' ....a handsome little boy .

The princess decided it was time for her hero, the King, to return to Disney. It had been nearly 10 years and he needed to instill the magic in his new grandson!!!

That brings us to present day. We are planning a family vacation in December for myself , dh, ds, nana, and grandpa. We are staying at Riverside at Port Orleans for 6 nights and driving down from Ohio . I am in full swing planning and all time cheerleader for Team Disney .

Cant wait to share all our excitement with all of you and maybe get some tips and advice along the way. This is our first trip with a baby---he will be 6 months then, and my parents first trip in over 10 years ! Not to mention me and my husband will be celebrating our 2 year anniversary .

It is going to be an exciting few months of preparing. Thanks for reading and sharing in our excitement .

ME---hello everyone . I am a 23 year old, happily married, mommy of one I was born in raised in Ohio and currently live here with my family. We are actually gearing up to move to New York City in January ...but for now Ohio is our home. . I am graduated from OSU a few years ago and am blessed enough to be a stay at home mommy. I met my husband in the 8th grade and we dated all the way until we got married in December of 2006. I honestly could not love him more !!! I love taking care of baby Jax, hanging out with our amazing friends, and SAVING money!!! . I have had a deep love from all things Disney...and would love to retire some beautiful day in the land of the mouse.

DH---My handsome, hardworking, loving husband. He just graduated from Liberty University and currently works for Chase Bank and is a pastor at our Church. We are taking a team to NYC to plant a church in January so he spends a lot of time working on stuff for that as well. We met and fell in love so many years ago, but will be celebrating 2 years of marriage in December!!!! . He starting loving Disney during our honeymoon and since then has been singing their praises. Dh loves learning, spending time with friends, reading, seeing good movies, and adores his family. He is completely smitten with our son and seeing him as a daddy has only made me love him more .

DS---My cute and cuddly little man. He is currently almost 3 months old and will be just over 6 months when we visit the world. His name is Jackson and has taken us all by storm and stolen our hearts. The first baby on either side of the family in nearly 15 years...it goes without saying that he may be spoiled . He LOVES people and smiles non-stop!!! He recently has discovered the joy of his hands and now spends much of his day playing with, sucking on, and looking at them. He is of course being brought up with a deep love of Disney as well

NANA---My beautiful and extremely loving mother. She is madly in love with her first grandson and is always there for me. She and my dad have been married for 26 years and this will be her first trip to disney in over 10 years!!! She enjoys Disney just fine, but is mainly going on this trip to spend time with us and the baby.

GRANDPA---My hero, my daddy. He is responsible for my love with Disney World and planned many an amazing trip there during my childhood. We went 4 times when I was little but he hasn't been in over 10 years as well . He is extremely hard working and has EARNED this vacation! I cant wait to experience the magic again with him now that I am all grown up. He can't wait to experience this with his first grandbaby.

So that is our Team...I also have a brother who I adore, but due to still being in college while we are going, he wont be able to make it .

I will try to post pictures of all of us as well as our past trips whenever I figure out how.
