Teacher help? Does anyone know where I can find this?

I am teaching summer school, basically without a book or any guidance. I am teaching very low level ESL kids basic writing (high school level)

I am looking for a narrative passage with questions that would be easy and straightforward to answer- the kind that would be on HSPA/SAT, etc. Something short 1-3 pages. If anyone knows where I could find this, or even just a passage that would be good and I could construct my own questions, I would appreciate it.
