No, Tea with Wendy is part of the enhanced programming created for the 7-day cruise only.

Thanks for the reply. If my daughter likes the 4 day, we plan to do one of the 7 day cruises in 2004. It takes us 2 years to save up for our Disney vacations....but we are faithful every 2 years.
