I am in the beginning stages of planning our Spring Break 2010 trip. My oldest DS, DDIL, and 2 grandkids will be joining youngest DS and myself this time! I am so excited. The last time we all went together was the week after Thanksgiving 2007. My DGD turned 3 and we celebrated with breakfast in the castle. She will be 5 this trip.

I was thinking of doing either the Wonderland Tea Party or the Princess Tea Party at the GF while the men folk head to Disney Quest! It would be my DGD, my DDIL, and myself. I'm noticing for the Wonderland Tea Party it is only for the kids. Could DDIL & I stay and watch or do they want you to leave? If we do the other tea party it is only for 2 persons. Anyone ever have an extra person with them and how much extra for the additional person? IMHO it is way over priced! I wish they would do away with the doll and reduce the price!

Is there something else to consider that I'm not aware of?

Thanks for any and all help!:)

From reports, parents (and grandparents) are not permitted to watch at the Wonderland Tea Party and are encouraged to leave (you do get a beeper, I think, in case they have to summon you). You might be okay with sitting outside but I don't think they'll let you be in the room with the kids.

Have you considered just doing the regular Garden View Tea Room? All three of you could go to that, it wouldn't cost so much, and they have a special children's "tea service" (chocolate milk).
