TD or BF tablet deals?

Ok, so dear cousin (13) informed me she needs a new tablet. THen she asks me what line she should get in for a good deal:
So:
We can go to :
Walmart
Radio shack
Shopko
Jc pennys
Kmart

And shes looking to spend under 90 dollars. any ideas?

Not to be a jerk but you won't find a decent tablet for under $90. You might want to look into the kindle fire hd from Amazon.

Of the stores you listed, the only ones with under $90 tablets are at K-Mart and Shopko.

K-mart is listing a Zeki 8" Tablet w/ Android Jelly Bean for $79.99.

However, if your cousin can spend a little more ($129), she doesn't have to wait in any lines and can order this Asus MeMOPad HD 7-Inch 16 GB Tablet from Amazon. This is probably a much better tablet with more memory.
