TCD vouchers for park tickets

Well only 2 weeks to go so the questions are going to come thick and fast.
Confused about the vouchers, never used them before, can we get our proper park tickets from DQ as this is where we want to go on our first morning, can we go to guest services at DTD or have we got to go to one of the parks?
If anyone has been recently with TCD, on our last day can we drop our luggage at Sandford in the morning and then go back out as we are not flying til 9.45pm.

Hi Anthony not long to your holiday now.

We flew with TCD in August. Yes you can exchange your vouchers at Guest relations at downtown Disney. We did this on our way from the airport & found them very helpful.

You don't say which tickets you have.
If you have 10 day tickets which include the free breakfast, you can't exchange this voucher at Downtown Disney. We tried.
You have to go to Guest relations at Animal Kingdom, inside the park.

I don't think you can leave your luggage at Sanford, before the flight but i'm not sure , I'm sure someone will know for definate.

At Sanford we used the Guest \house & felt it was money well spent. They have unlimited soft drinks/ tea & coffee. internet, a lovely comfortable lounge, a play area for small children & playstations for older kids.

Thanks for the reply, I rang TCD and got what sounded like a more experienced person who did say the 10 day tickets (which we have) will need to be exchanged at AK, which is very close.
Seems as well that we do need to leave our cases unlocked which is not an issue but will need to talk to the insurance co.
And no not long to go, can now say a week on Sunday!!!

Hi,

We arrived back from Orlando with TCD on Friday last week. ( I want to go back now).

We exchanged our vouchers at Magic Kingdom on the first day no problem (just take some id).

We exhange our character breakfast voucher at AK on the morning we wanted to use them after booking PS via phone.

Finally we asked about locking our cases both at Manchester on the way out and Sanford on the way back and was told no problem so we left them locked.
