TCD Sunshine First seat: laptop power port?

Anyone know if TCD's Sunshine First seat has a power port for laptops? If so, what type is it - EmPower?

We travelled Sunshine First last July and I didn't see any power ports. Although that might change when the seats do, because everything last time was integrated into the seats. I guess the Excel seats might be a different type?
