You may recall that after our trip with TCD over Easter, I was less than happy as regards the villa and the ground handling.
I gave myself a few weeks to calm down and wrote to TCD on 19th May. I wrote a reasonable but firm letter - if I had written immediately on our return, it would have been a rant.
They acknowledged on the 24th and today I got a letter agreeing that their service was less than perfect and that they would compensate us @ £70 head for the ground handling problem and refund 1 week of villa hire.
They also hoped that they would have he chance to redeem themselves on our Las Vegas trip in September (also booked Sunshine First).
