I think its fair...at the beggining I set a deadline. You had about 3 weeks to get it in, and if you don't log on at least once in three weeks, you obviously don't DIS enough to have a page. That's just my opinion...

And it is your yearbook.

Um, yes she can! Its HER idea and she's THE BOSS and she makes the final descisions(sp?). Heck, if she wanted to, she could've found all the pictures herself and made the pictures herself but no. She let us design our pages. She let us help her.

I'm not bossing anyone around. If everyone made their own pages- there would be a hundred different designs, and I really want them all to be similar, so one persons is amazing looking, and one person's doesn't look good at all. Its easier this way. If you were in my shoes- you would understand.

You all are sending in all of the stuff you want on your page. We COULD have just looked up random pictures, and put random things on your page, but we made an effort trying to get everyone to have what they want on their page.
I'll say this again- If you don't like what we're doing with the yearbook, DONT BE IN IT.

I think Jess is doing a great job. She is doing a wonderful job with this. But I have to disagree. Can someone calmly explain how it is her yearbook? Yes she came up with it. Yes she is the main chief of it and NO she is not bossing us around. She is doing a great job. But how is it her yearbook?

Any project needs them, and every decision we make, we consider all the options, and have a good reason for it. I have to say its not MY yearbook, I'm making it, with lots of help, but I do think I have a say in how we do it...

I didn't say you were bossing ANYBODY around. Every project does need a leader and that is why we have you. Yes, you have a huge say in how it does. In fact you should be able to say how we do it because you are the leader. But what I don't get is why people say or are getting ticked when people say "It is her yearbook"

Taking on a project this big with this many people is going to cause the same question to be asked a lot of times.
Instead of not answering you could've at least directed her to post #333 (page 23) where the question was answered before..
