I can do the "pop" thing with my finger and the side of my mouth..

Yeah it took a lot. But im happy where i was. I like pushing my self to that level. Ha ha im not trying to brag, but one of the few things that he's(my instructor) seen someone my age do is a 1 inch palm strike. I broke about a 1/2 inch board by palm striking it from about an inch away (Fingers on board and pushing through the board)

That is cool. Like I said it takes a lot of discipline not only strength but mind strength to accomplish something like that. Like with Kick Boxing if you are not disciplined in the techniques and you go out there and fight you can be sure to get your *** kicked all around the ring.
