Taxi's outside the Value Resorts?

We will be switching resorts from AS sports to SSR on 8/26. We'd like to be over to SSR around 7:00 am.....So we can get checked, get our dining plan credits and head to Epcot for opening.

Are there usually taxi's outside the resorts in the early morning? We switched from AS movies to CR over Easter at 7:00 and there was a cab right out front. Wasn't sure if we just lucked out, or if it is general practice.

I'm wondering if the taxi companies will be ready to go with all the people that will be switching from value to SSR and OKW that day.....

I've never been to any resort that there weren't taxis. In the odd event there isn't one, simply speak to baggage services and they'll phone one right up for you.
