Concerned about how long it's going to take between parks on transport , as my daughter has Fibro Myalgia and can't stand for long i'm considering getting taxis to and fro. Is this difficult say for example to get a taxi from POFQ to MK ? Epcot to POFQ

Thanks

There are plenty of regular taxis at Disney, but 'wheelchair accessible' taxis are scarce. If your daughter has a powerchair or scooter, Disney busses (which are all accessible) are your best option. As far as I can tell, there are only about three wheelchair van taxis operating in the Orlando/Disney area, and some of these will be off the road at any given moment.

If your daughter doesn't need a wheelchair of has a folding one, taxis will be fine. If she has a chair that doesn't fold, or one that needs dis-assembling, forget taxis and use Disney transport. At MK, Disney buses will drop off right at the gate, but taxis at the TTC on the other side of the lake.

You can call Mears Transportation and schedule a wheel chair taxi for transportation. Mears has quite (I would bet about 15 units) a few but they stay busy with them because they are scheduled.
