Taxi's at end of day?

We are doing a fairly short trip with several early morning and several late nights with 4yo and 8yo. I want to limit transportation time back to the room mid afternoon and at night, to a minimum. I have never really has much of a problem with Disney transportation during the day, but after the parks close, Illuminations, Wishes and Fantasmic, it can take forever to get a bus. Does anyone know how hard it is to catch a taxi? What about where the taxi's line up at each park? Thanks!

Taxis can be found at all of the park exits... EXCEPT for MK.
(MK's taxis would be at TTC/MK parking lot, which would require a monorail or ferry ride to get there.)


For MK, walk to the Contemporary and grab a cab from there.
