Hi There-

For the first part of our trip, we will be staying at POFQ. We have stayed here before and just used the boat to DTD if we wanted to eat at a table service restaurant.

I am looking for taxi recommendations if we want to, let's say, go over to the Wilderness Lodge or the Grand Floridian to eat in the evening. We would need a taxi van, as we will have 5 people in our party.

Any suggestions on who to call? Any estimates on pricing?

Thanks!

There are Mears Taxis on the stand at Disney.

There's a taxi fare estimator link in the "Popular Transportation Links" sticky.

You don't need to call anyone. Just go to Bell Services. If there's not a taxi waiting nearby, they will call you one - but chances are, there WILL be one or more cabs right there.

Thanks Guys--

I just didn't know if there would be vans readily available :confused3

If there aren't, Bell Services can get you one. Also, based on a thread from a couple of weeks ago - apparently even the vans are limited to six or so passengers. Edd? Do you know the exact number?

The Mears Checker vans hold 7 passengers.
