Taxi or Bus to DHS 6:00am

We have reservations for an event that starts at 6:30am on Sunday the
22nd at DHS.

Probably need to leave by 6am from CBR to DHS.......

Are the buses running that early or do we need to take a taxi ?

You will have to take a cab. The buses don't start running until 6:30am. There is no way you'll make it to DHS for 6:30 using WDW transportation.
