Does anyone know the cost of a taxi from OKW to Royal Pacific Resort @ Universal Studios ???

I don't know the taxi price, but there are limo companies that offer service between WDW and Universal. They have different rates for limo, sedan car, and some have taxis too.

if this estimator is up to date price/distance wise then it seems approximately $32 (before tip, tolls) from Epcot to Universal; you can probably rent a car for 24 hours for about same amount or maybe even less from one of the onsite rental locations at WDW ( ie at Car Car Center, Dolphin Resort & Downtown Disney Hotels) For taxi fare estimator look on Mears site or try this link, there's a number of locations to choose from
